A Positional Display surface application can also be used for a Web Customer Feedback Unit (CFU) Tablet.
Before it is possible to create this surface application, you must have created a Mark Type and Marks. This is described below.
Creating a Mark Type for CFU
Please follow these steps:
1. In the System Administration application, go to the Mark Types tab.
2. Click Create Mark Type. The following window is opened:
Here, you enter a Name of the Mark Type. Optionally, enter a Description. Also, decide if Codes should be enabled for the Mark Type and if it should be Visible in the configuration, by checking the applicable check boxes.
When finished, it should look something like this:
1. In the System Administration application, go to the Widgets tab and make sure that you have mapped the Customer feedback for tablet widget to the applicable surfaces.
2. In the Surface Editor application, create a new surface application for a Positional Display, select Generic Positional Display and the resolution used on your tablet, for example 1024 x 600. Select Operation Profile and other settings in the same way as for a normal Positional Display. For more information, see “Positional Display Applications” .
3. Add a Widget component to the surface on the Call page and select the Customer Feedback for tablet widget.
Make sure that you add it to the Call page!
This widget can show up to 5 different buttons. The first step is to select a Mark type. Here you select the Mark type that you have previously created for this kind of CFU. In this example, we will use CFU.
4. Now you are able to select a Result mark for each button. If no Result mark is entered, that button will not be shown on the tablet. The following is an example, using the Marks we have created in our examples above:
Other settings that can be set are:
• Individual text for each button
• Image for each button
• Background color for the widget
• Message to be shown after one has pressed a button, “Thank you message”.
• Image to be shown after one has pressed a button.
• Time the “Thank you message” is shown.
• Delay time between customer called and buttons should appear.
• Horizontal or vertical layout.
• Position of the text.
5. When done, save your surface application with a suitable name.
