Web CFU Application

A Positional Display surface application can also be used for a Web Customer Feedback Unit (CFU) Tablet.
Before it is possible to create this surface application, you must have created a Mark Type and Marks. This is described below.

Creating a Mark Type for CFU

Please follow these steps:
1. In the System Administration application, go to the Mark Types tab.
2. Click Create Mark Type. The following window is opened:
Here, you enter a Name of the Mark Type. Optionally, enter a Description. Also, decide if Codes should be enabled for the Mark Type and if it should be Visible in the configuration, by checking the applicable check boxes.
When finished, it should look something like this:
When done, click Save.
3. Follow the steps in “Creating Marks for CFU” .

Creating Marks for CFU

Please follow these steps:
1. In the Business Configuration application, open the Marks tab.
2. Select the Mark Type that you just created, in this example CFU.
3. Click Create New Mark. The window will now look like this:
4. Enter a suitable name in the Name field. If the setting Codes enabled was enabled for the Mark Type, then you will also need to enter a Code.
The following is an example of what the Marks for CFU could look like when done:
Make sure that you click the Save button to save the Marks.
5. Follow the steps in “Creating the Web CFU Application” .

Creating the Web CFU Application

Please follow these steps:
1. In the System Administration application, go to the Widgets tab and make sure that you have mapped the Customer feedback for tablet widget to the applicable surfaces.
2. In the Surface Editor application, create a new surface application for a Positional Display, select Generic Positional Display and the resolution used on your tablet, for example 1024 x 600. Select Operation Profile and other settings in the same way as for a normal Positional Display. For more information, see “Positional Display Applications” .
3. Add a Widget component to the surface on the Call page and select the Customer Feedback for tablet widget.
Make sure that you add it to the Call page!
This widget can show up to 5 different buttons. The first step is to select a Mark type. Here you select the Mark type that you have previously created for this kind of CFU. In this example, we will use CFU.
4. Now you are able to select a Result mark for each button. If no Result mark is entered, that button will not be shown on the tablet. The following is an example, using the Marks we have created in our examples above:
Other settings that can be set are:
Individual text for each button
Image for each button
Background color for the widget
Message to be shown after one has pressed a button, “Thank you message”.
Image to be shown after one has pressed a button.
Time the “Thank you message” is shown.
Delay time between customer called and buttons should appear.
Horizontal or vertical layout.
Position of the text.
5. When done, save your surface application with a suitable name.

Utt Settings

Please follow these steps to add and configure a Unit Type Template (utt) in Orchestra:
1. In the System Administration application, in the Unit Types tab, add the wanted unit types, for example “WebServicePoint_D924:WebCFU”. Click Save.
2. In the Business Configuration appllication, add the Unit Type to the wanted Equipment Profile. Configure the Unit Type to your liking. For more information, see the Standard Unit Types Guide, found on Qmatic World.
In this example, make sure that you select the Media Application that we created above. If you are using a Unit Type with several Media Applications, please read “Using Multiple Surfaces” .
Also, check the Custom Marks check box and then enter CFU in the Marks type field. When done, Save the Equipment Profile.
3. In the Business Configuration application, go to the Branches tab and make the wanted configuration.
4. Publish the Branch(es).

Settings on the Tablet

On the tablet, you must open the following link:
http://[Orchestra_ip]:[Orchestra_web_port]/pages/graphicaldisplay/graphicaldisplay.jsp?unitId=[branch_preffix]:[unit_id][unit_number]
 
In which:
[Orchestra_ip] = the IP address of your Orchestra Server or distributed Queue Agent
[Orchestra_web_port] = Web port of your Orchestra Server or Distributed Queue Agent
[branch_prefix] = Branch Prefix as found in your Branch Settings
[unit_id] = Unit Id as found in your Branch Settings
[unit_number] = number identifying the workstation number. Should only be used when the number of units for this Service Point is higher than 1.
