Context Marketing is a set of messages displayed on the information surfaces of an installation. The messages are connected to a specific Service. The messages are adjusted to fit the information surfaces available at an installation: a Touch screen on the printer at the entrance, a Ticket, a Media display, a Positional display and a Terminal.
Context Marketing makes it possible to present a consistent message to a customer on all information surfaces the customer is looking at in the Branch, associated with the specific Service the customer has selected.
Context Marketing is created and edited in the Context Marketing application.
With the Scheduler, Context Marketing is assigned to Services and scheduled.
The Context Marketing application needs to:
• Manage and list the messages.
• Manage the Content to be assigned to all components of the Message.
• Manage the link between Service and Message (in the future also Customer Data and Message).
