When the Marks page is entered, all available Mark Types are listed. When the system is started for the first time, there are two existing Mark Types in the system:
• Outcome (without any values). This Mark Type can not be deleted.
• NPS, with the values 0-10 and skip.
Creating and editing a Mark
To create or edit a Mark, click on the applicable row in the list of Mark Types. Then, to create a new Mark, click the Create New Mark button.
Name
The Name of the Mark is entered here. It is mandatory and should be unique.
Enter a suitable name in the Name field. If the setting Codes enabled was enabled for the Mark Type, then you will also need to enter a Code.
Then, click the Save button to save the Mark.
Here, it is also possible to delete Marks that have already been created, by clicking the Delete button, .
When Marks have been added, they will appear on the Mark Types list.
Marks can also be added by adding new Outcomes when creating a new Service.
