Business Intelligence and Dashboards are reading data from the statistics database only, never directly from the Queue Agents or Central.

The data overhead is large and it would impact negatively on performance if the statistical data was fetched in real time from Orchestra.

Data is sent to Business Intelligence, in accordance with the schedule defined in the Parameters tab in the System Administration application in Orchestra.
