General Information

Concierge gives you the possibility to run an app with concierge functionality, on a tablet or in a desktop browser.

Requirements

Concierge requires Orchestra version 7.0 or later.
If you use Concierge on a tablet, the tablet should be 7 in, or larger.
When using a tablet, we strongly recommend to use the native app.
For Android, Android version 4.3 and later is supported. However, we always recommend using the latest version.
For iOS, iOS 11, and later is supported. If you use an older iOS version, you will not be able to upgrade.
If you use Concierge in a desktop browser, we recommend one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Firefox.
We recommend that you use a stable Wi-Fi connection, conformed to the number of users.
It is possible to use an Ethernet connection with Concierge Agent for tablets, but only with devices that support Ethernet connection. Please contact Global Support, for more information.

Prerequisites:

If you are going to use Concierge on a tablet, the app needs to be downloaded from App Store, or Google Play and installed. To easily find the app, please search for Qmatic.
Make sure that you always use the latest version of the native app to ensure that you have full functionality.
If you want to translate Concierge Agent, use the connectConciergeMessages.properties file. For more information, see the Localisation chapter of the Reference Manual for Orchestra.
If you are using a distributed setup, make sure that you have a good and stable connection to Orchestra central.
