Email Scheduling

Note: Before email scheduling can be performed, you must configure your mail server, please see Mail Server Configuration.
Email scheduling is performed as part of the normal scheduling procedure, which contains the following steps:
1. Open Browse Files, in the Home menu and select the report that you want to schedule.
2. In the right pane, click Schedule:
The New Schedule window is opened. Give the schedule a suitable name and select a location for the generated content, as in the following picture:
 
3. Click Next. The following window is opened:
Here, you select the wanted recurrence, start time and start date, then click Next.
4. In the next window, select the wanted parameters for your report:
5. Click Next. In the following window you choose whether or not you want to email a copy of the report, when the schedule runs. Enter the wanted To email address(es), Subject and optionally a Message for the email, as shown in the following picture:

6. When done, click OK. The schedule will be listed in the Schedules window, found in the Home menu:
