The Settings page is only available to users who have the System Administrator role, or another role that has access to the Personal Data Administration access module.
The Settings page is accessed via the cog wheel icon in the top bar of the application.

General
The following setting is available:
• Auto close time (seconds) - Automatically close Personal data management application after this time of inactivity (seconds). Default is 900. It is possible to revert back to the default value by clicking the reset icon.
The time set shall be higher than the value configured in Orchestra for Shiro Timeout.
Custom field options
In your system, you have the possibility to use custom stat fields. Typically, these fields are used for customer integrations to add data, such as account numbers or notes, to the visit. These fields are also stored in stat.
If you are using custom stat fields in your system, check with your system administrator what each field is used for. Then decide whether or not the data for each field should be saved, i.e stored in stat.
Custom field Custom1 is by default used for the Notes field in visits.
When done, click Confirm. The changes will be effective the next time a user logs out and then logs in again. Therefore it is recommended that these changes are performed during non-office hours.
