Applications are considered accessible if they meet certain technical criteria and can be used by people with disabilities. That includes people who are blind, visually impaired and mobility impaired, using for example screen readers, zoom and keyboard only. Accessibility features for our most used staff applications in Orchestra have been implemented according to WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), including logical tabbing between objects, better contrast and descriptions of buttons and fields.
We strive to be WCAG 2.1 compliant with the following applications:
• Concierge
• Counter
For best accessibility performance, make sure you have the latest Orchestra update and the latest native app version installed.
Note that there are many assistive technology tools and browsers available. Qmatic has primarily optimized accessibility functionality for NVDA on Chrome, Firefox and IE 11 browsers. When applicable, testing is also done for the built-in screen readers for iOS and Android.
