What is logged?

The Business Intelligence and Calendar applications have their own auditing functionality.
Below is a description of the different areas where audit information is logged.

Login/logout events

The following is logged:
Successful login
Unsuccessful login
Logout
Only login/logout attempts towards Central are logged.

Configuration changes

Database changes (CUD) in qp_central are logged.
For example:
Branch publish.
System activities, triggered by the Queue Agent, are not logged.
Branch configuration.
Service configuration.
Work Profile configuration.
Segmentation Rule configuration and Queue handling.
Context Marketing configuration.
Unit Type configuration.
Surface Application configuration.
Mark Types and Marks.
User management.
No auditing events are stored for handling of widgets (for example uploading or deleting widgets).
Some tables are filtered, i.e not logged to auditing.

Queue Agent

The following is logged:
Configuration changes, such as Agent Profile synchronization and Upgrade.
Updates triggered by the Queue Agent are not logged.
Starting and stopping a Queue Agent

Calendar

The following is logged:
Who (which User) booked/deleted/confirmed/updated the Appointment and at what time?
