Our staff applications should be accessible for everyone, including people with disabilities using screen readers, zoom and keyboard only. Currently, work has been done for Concierge and Counter to meet WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). The applications should follow standard accessibility behavior and can be used without any prior knowledge.
