To manage your appointments, open the Calendar application from the Home page in Orchestra.
The calendar view shows, in a Day or Week view, planned appointments for a selected Resource, Resource Group and Service for a certain branch. This gives the user an overview of what is planned and still available.
You toggle between the Day and Week view, using the buttons in the upper right corner of the window.
The Week view can be used as an appointment planner, where it is possible to see the overall workload.
The Day view shows the appointments for only one day at a time.
By default, the current date is selected, when the Calendar is opened. However, you can select any date or period to view the appointments for it. You can always use the Today button to jump back to the current date.
