This guide presents the standard procedures and features for the Reception user.
With the Reception application, you can create visits and place customers in a virtual queue. Depending on how the system is set up, the customer can be given a physical ticket, but it is also possible to keep the ticket within the system without printing it.
In Reception, you can do the following:
Create and remove visits
Create and remove customers
Transfer visits
Remove customers
