When it is mandatory to assign an outcome or delivered service to a visit, it is not possible to finish a transaction unless a an outcome and/or delivered service is assigned.
The Finish button
The Finish icon ends the transaction of the customer that you are currently serving but keeps the counter open.
Closing the counter
The Close countericon ends the transaction of the customer that you are currently serving and closes your counter session.
