Introduction

This guide presents the standard procedures and features in Concierge.

With Concierge, you are able to provide more personalized and better service in meet and greet situations. Concierge can be used both as a webapp in desktop browsers, or as a native app on tablets. On occasions they differ, that is described in the guide.

With Concierge, you can do the following:

Create and remove visits

Create appointments

Edit and remove appointments

Arrive appointments

Create customers

Edit customers

Cherry-pick visits to serve

Transfer visits

Quick serve

What functionality you have in Concierge often depend on the system configuration. In this guide we will go through all available features. If there is a feature that you don’t have access to, but you think you should, please contact your system administrator.
